This Double IPA presents a saturated sensory profile, led by a massive dry hop blend of Idaho 7, Simcoe, Nectaron, and Citra. The experience is akin to a drenched tropical fruit salad, where Citra and Nectaron deliver intense notes of squeezed citrus and ripe stone fruit. Idaho 7 adds layers of pungent pineapple, while Simcoe provides a grounding touch of resinous pine. Despite its 8% strength, the beer remains remarkably drinkable with a clean, supportive malt backbone. The finish is punchy and hop-forward, emphasizing the freshly squeezed juice character that defines this reimagined, bigger version of a brewery classic.

Appearance. Deep gold to light orange (approx. 7 SRM) with a slight haze. Features a moderate-sized, persistent, creamy white head with excellent lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aromatics dominate, featuring a complex bouquet of mango, passionfruit, and bright citrus zest. Subtle pine and earthy resin notes underpin the tropical fruit profile. Malt is low and neutral, providing a clean canvas for the massive hop presence.

Taste. Initial impression is a burst of tropical fruit, followed by a firm but smooth hop bitterness. Flavors of peach, pineapple, and grapefruit reflect the Nectaron and Citra influence. The malt character is soft and unobtrusive, leading to a medium-dry finish with a lingering, clean hoppy aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium body with a smooth, slightly creamy texture. Carbonation is moderate-high, providing a lively lift. A well-integrated, restrained alcohol warmth is present without any harshness or astringency.
