DEYA Brewing Company Belas Knap

This is a mixed fermentation beer refermented on raspberries. The base blend was moderately acidic with minimal oak character to let the raspberries show themselves. The fruit itself brings heady fresh fruit and lifts the beer with more acidity. The finish is quick, clean and dry. Flavour Profile & Aroma - Raspberry, light cherry, creamy acidity. Clean dry finish with the faintest oak character.
