Appearance.Pale gold (approx. 5-6 SRM). Brilliantly clear with a long-lasting, dense, rocky white head that leaves significant Belgian lace.
Aroma.Moderate to high intensity. Prominent floral and spicy notes from Hallertau Mittelfrueh hops. Fruity esters of citrus and yellow plum are balanced by low to moderate spicy phenols resembling black pepper. A subtle, grainy malt presence sits in the background.
