Aurana is a luminous Hazy IPA that showcases a complex tropical profile driven by a trio of distinctive hops. Sabro contributes a signature creamy coconut note, while Pacific Sunrise adds layers of ripe passion fruit and lush tropical fruit. The inclusion of Hallertau Blanc introduces a sophisticated whisper of white wine and gooseberry. This beer pours with a characteristic haze and a soft, velvety texture that supports its juicy character. Appearance. Straw to light gold (4 SRM). Opaque with a characteristic hazy shine; no visible particulates. Massive, rocky, meringue-like white head with excellent retention and thick lacing.

Aroma. High intensity. Dominated by tropical fruit hop character: distinct coconut and woodsy notes from Sabro, intense passion fruit from Pacific Sunrise, and a refined vinous, grape-like edge from Hallertau Blanc. Background malt is neutral, grainy, and lightly bready. Fermentation is clean with supportive fruity esters.

Taste. High fruity hop flavor mirroring the aroma; ripe mango, coconut, and passion fruit are prominent. Malt flavor is low, providing a soft, bready foundation. Bitterness is moderate-low and smooth, never harsh. The balance is heavily hop-forward with an off-dry, juicy finish. A touch of white wine character appears in the late palate.

Mouthfeel. Medium body with a soft, velvety, and smooth texture. Carbonation is moderate. Alcohol warmth is light and well-integrated at 6.5% ABV. No astringency or raw starchiness.
