Appearance. Straw to light gold (SRM 4-6) with an opaque, luminous haze. Features a thick, rocky, white meringue-like head with very high retention and significant lacing.
Aroma. High intensity hop-forward aroma dominated by mango, pineapple, and blueberry from Mosaic and Citra. Secondary notes of grapefruit zest and resinous pine from Chinook and Simcoe. Low bready, grainy malt character in the background with no caramel or toast.
Taste. Very high fruity hop flavor featuring passionfruit, tangerine, and berries. Low, doughy malt flavor provides a neutral foundation. Perceived bitterness is moderate but masked by a soft, rounded finish. Aftertaste is clean and juicy without any harshness or grassy notes.
