Dèria Al is a refined Altbier that strikes an elegant balance between traditional German malt depth and a crisp, refreshing finish. A grist of Pilsen, Munich, and Melanoiden malts creates a foundational profile of toasted bread crusts and nutty undertones, while the addition of wheat ensures a smooth, rounded texture. Challenger hops contribute a distinctively spicy and slightly earthy bitterness that punctuates the malt richness, leading to the style’s characteristic dry finale. This copper-hued ale showcases a remarkably clean fermentation, allowing the sophisticated interplay of melanoidin-driven complexity and a firm 36 IBU hop presence to take center stage.
