Bia Delirium Tremens ra đời vào năm 1988 theo yêu cầu đặt mua của một vị khách hàng người Ý thay vì ý tưởng của nhà sản xuất như thường lệ. Thuộc loại bia vàng và là bia nặng kiểu Triple, được tinh chế từ các thành phần nước, mạch nha rang chín ngả màu vàng thanh, 3 loại men bia và hoa bia trồng tại hai khu vực có truyền thống về loại cây thân leo này là Saaz và Styrian tạo cho hương vị bia mà người thưởng thức cảm nhận đúng như câu nói làn gió lạ từ ý tưởng của người Ý. Cách Thưởng Thức Bia Con Voi Delirium Tremens 8,5%
Tuy mang những đặc trưng của loại bia trái cây điển hình cho bia Bỉ song không phải hầu hết người dùng bia có thể không bất ngờ trước độ mạnh trong cồn và hoa bia của loại bia Bỉ cao cấp này. Để cân bằng vị ngọt và vị đắng của bia nên ướp bia ở nhiệt độ khoảng 42 độ F tương đương với 6 độ C. Đồng thời rót bia con voi Delirium Tremens ra chiếc ly thủy tinh được thiết kế cho riêng dòng bia sứ cao cấp này với kiểu dáng của những bông hoa tuylip đầy sang trọng và quý phái, sẽ giúp người chiêm ngưỡng thấy được màu sắc tinh tế và những lớp bọt vẩn như những áng mây trôi trên nền trời bao la. Những miếng pho mát dày hoặc những món chế biến từ pho mát là sự lựa chọn hoàn hảo khi thưởng thức loại bia thơm ngon này.
