Thuộc loại bia vàng và là bia nặng kiểu Triple, được tinh chế từ các thành phần nước, mạch nha rang chín ngả màu vàng thanh, 3 loại men bia và hoa bia trồng tại hai khu vực có truyền thống về loại cây thân leo này là Saaz và Styrian tạo cho hương vị bia mà người thưởng thức cảm nhận đúng như câu nói làn gió lạ từ ý tưởng của người Ý. Cách Thưởng Thức Bia Con Voi Delirium Tremens 8,5%
Tuy mang những đặc trưng của loại bia trái cây điển hình cho bia Bỉ song không phải hầu hết người dùng bia có thể không bất ngờ trước độ mạnh trong cồn và hoa bia của loại bia Bỉ cao cấp này.
