This Wild Specialty Beer presents a vibrant sensory interplay between bright citrus and summer berries. The aroma is dominated by zesty Lime and sun-ripened Strawberry, underpinned by the vinous, musty character of Red Grape skins. On the palate, a clean lactic acidity provides a sharp, refreshing foundation that elevates the fruit flavors without overwhelming them. The Strawberry offers a subtle jammy sweetness, while the Red Grape adds a dry, wine-like complexity. Lime provides a persistent, acidic zing that carries through the finish. It is a light-bodied, effervescent sour that balances wild fermentation funk with juicy, multifaceted fruit expressions.

Appearance. Deep pink to light ruby hue (SRM 8–12); moderate haze; thin, pale-pink head with low retention and minimal lacing.

Aroma. High intensity; prominent zesty lime and fresh strawberry aromatics; secondary notes of earthy red grape skins and a vinous quality; light lactic sourness; virtually no hop or malt aroma.

Taste. Sharp initial impression of lactic acidity; dominant flavors of tart lime and ripe strawberry; mid-palate reveals red grape must and light tannins; low bitterness; clean, dry finish with a lingering citrus and berry aftertaste.
