This Wild Specialty Beer presents a vibrant sensory collision between tropical exuberance and rustic fermentation. Intense aromatics of ripe mango and pulpy guava dominate the initial impression, sharpened by a piercing, zesty lime accent. The wild fermentation introduces a complex layer of earthy funk and leathery Brettanomyces character that weaves through the fruit profile rather than standing apart from it. At 7.5% ABV, the beer maintains a sophisticated balance where the natural acidity of the lime and the tartness of the wild microbes provide a crisp, refreshing structure. The finish is remarkably dry, leaving a lingering trail of tropical esters and a clean, citrus-driven snap.

Appearance. Deep gold to light orange with a significant opaque haze from fruit additions; a moderate white head forms but recedes quickly to a thin collar, exhibiting minimal lacing characteristic of high-acid wild ales.

Aroma. High intensity aromatics of fresh mango and tropical guava are immediate; secondary notes of lime zest provide a bright citrus lift. A distinct wild character presents as hay, light earthiness, and a mild lactic tartness, well-integrated with the fruit.

Taste. The palate leads with a sharp, refreshing lactic acidity and a burst of lime juice. Mid-palate flavors of tropical mango and guava are present but lean, as the fermentation has stripped away residual sugars.
