This Double IPA showcases an assertive sensory profile driven by a potent blend of Mosaic, Galaxy, and Enigma hops. The aroma is high-impact, leading with pungent passion fruit, dank resin, and subtle notes of red currant. On the palate, the hop intensity remains dominant, delivering flavors of tropical stone fruit and crushed berries against a clean, grainy malt backdrop. Despite its strength, the beer maintains high drinkability with a firm but smooth bitterness and a medium-dry finish. The interplay of these specific hop varieties ensures a complex, modern hop character that lingers long after the final sip, supported by a smooth, medium-bodied texture.

Appearance. Deep gold to light orange (7-9 SRM). Features a moderate-sized, persistent off-white head with excellent lacing and good clarity, though a very faint hop haze is present.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma with prominent tropical fruit notes of pineapple and passion fruit, coupled with a distinct berry and melon character. A low, clean, neutral maltiness resides in the background with a very light, clean alcohol presence.

Taste. Strong and complex hop flavors of citrus, resinous pine, and tropical fruit. Bitterness is moderately high but remains smooth rather than harsh. A low, unobtrusive malt character provides support without residual sweetness. The finish is medium-dry and clean with a lingering hoppy aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium body with a smooth, slightly oily texture. Carbonation is moderate-high. A light, pleasant alcohol warmth is present, with no hop-derived astringency.
