This formidable Double IPA is a saturated exploration of modern hop intensity, utilizing a massive dry-hop charge of Yakima Chief Citra, Yakima Chief Krush, and Hop Products Australia Galaxy. It pours with a dense, luminous haze, immediately releasing an explosive bouquet of overripe mango, pungent passion fruit, and bright citrus zest. The palate follows with a lush, velvety texture, delivering concentrated layers of tropical stone fruit and resinous pine against a lean, supportive malt backdrop. Despite its high strength, the finish remains remarkably drinkable, defined by a firm but smooth bitterness and a lingering, aromatic hop essence driven by its southern hemisphere and Pacific Northwest hops.
Appearance. Straw to deep gold (4–7 SRM). Opaque with a persistent, rocky white head that leaves dense, creamy lacing. Distinctly hazy and luminous.
Aroma. Intense hop-forward profile. Dominant notes of grapefruit and lime from Citra are complemented by the peach and tropical punch character of Krush.
