This American IPA, specifically crafted as a Cold IPA, delivers a strikingly clean and crisp profile born from its precise cold fermentation. The sensory experience is dominated by an intense burst of tropical and stone fruit, driven by the bio-transformation of the hop bill. Its lean, bright character allows the hop profile to take center stage without the interference of heavy malt or yeast esters. On the palate, a firm bitterness is met by a bone-dry finish that accentuates its refreshment. It represents a precise balance of hop-forward intensity and lager-like clarity, finishing with a lingering, resinous fruitiness and clean, grainy malt support.
Appearance. Medium gold (approx. 7 SRM). Brilliant clarity with a tall, dense white head that exhibits excellent persistence and leaves intricate lacing.
Aroma. High intensity hop-forward aroma featuring heavy tropical fruit, crushed pineapple, and ripe mango. A faint, clean, grainy malt sweetness sits in the background. Taste. Initial impression of citrus zest and tropical fruit flavors. Medium-high bitterness is sharp but clean, supported by a very low, crackery malt presence.
