This Hazy IPA presents an intense sensory experience driven by the inclusion of Phantasm powder, which amplifies tropical thiols for maximum aromatic impact. The profile is dominated by a lush bouquet of passionfruit from Galaxy and bright citrus notes from Citra. Nelson Sauvin provides a distinct layer of fresh melon and crushed white grape character, seamlessly integrated into a soft, grainy malt base. On the palate, the mouthfeel is remarkably smooth and medium-full, delivering a juicy fruit-forward punch with restrained bitterness. The finish is clean and off-dry, leaving a lingering impression of tropical fruit salad and citrus zest.
Appearance. Straw to light gold (4 SRM). Opaque with a characteristic hazy glow. Features a thick, white, meringue-like head with excellent retention and significant lacing.
Aroma. High intensity tropical fruit aroma. Dominant notes of passionfruit, mango, and melon, with a secondary burst of lime and grapefruit. Low bready malt in the background. Clean fermentation profile with no harsh alcohol.
Taste. High fruity hop flavors of passionfruit, melon, and citrus zest. Low perceived bitterness that remains soft and integrated. Malt flavor is low and bready, providing a neutral canvas for the hops. Finish is off-dry and smooth without any hop bite or astringency.
Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, pillowy texture. Moderate carbonation. Very low alcohol warmth. No astringency or raw grain harshness.
