This Imperial Pastry Sour presents a complex, dessert-forward profile reminiscent of a tropical breakfast smoothie. Bold aromas of ripe mango and tangy passionfruit are immediately apparent, softened by the creamy, sweet presence of vanilla and shredded coconut. The high-ABV base provides a substantial foundation for the thick, velvety texture, while a lactic sourness balances the inherent sweetness of the banana.
