This potent Double IPA, a collaboration between Deeds and Seeker, showcases the vibrant sensory profile of Elani hops. Pouring with a characteristic hazy glow, it releases intense aromatic cues of ripe pineapple and bright citrus that dominate the experience. The elevated strength is well-integrated, providing a foundation for the hop-forward profile without veering into heavy maltiness. Expect a punchy tropical fruit presence balanced by a clean, smooth bitterness typical of modern hazy interpretations. The Elani hops drive the aromatic and flavor narrative, ensuring a lush, fruit-driven character that remains remarkably drinkable despite its robust, high-octane nature.

Appearance. Deep gold to light orange (7-9 SRM). Opaque with a heavy haze. Large, persistent off-white head with dense, sticky lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent pineapple, lemon zest, and tangerine. Background notes of neutral grainy malt and very low bready sweetness. Clean fermentation profile with minimal esters and a hint of smooth alcohol.

Taste. Initial burst of tropical pineapple and juicy citrus hop flavors. Low, soft malt character provides a clean support without caramel or toast. Firm but smooth bitterness is well-balanced, leading to a medium-dry, clean finish with a long-lasting hoppy aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, creamy texture. Moderate carbonation. Noticeable but smooth alcohol warmth reflecting its strength. No harsh hop-derived astringency.
