Deeds Brewing Juice Train delivers a vibrant sensory experience that defines the modern Hazy IPA. This juicy powerhouse is driven by a massive dry-hop addition of Amarillo, Citra, Simcoe, and Galaxy, resulting in an explosive bouquet of overripe mango, passionfruit, and sweet orange zest. The malt bill provides a soft, bready foundation that carries these intense tropical notes through a velvety, plush palate. It balances a gentle, supportive bitterness with a lush fruit profile, finishing with a lingering citrus sweetness. This Australian interpretation offers a sophisticated blend of New World hop character and a signature soft, pillowy texture that remains eminently drinkable.
Appearance. Straw to light orange (4-6 SRM); opaque with a consistent hazy glow; large, rocky white head with excellent retention and thick lacing.
Aroma. High intensity; dominant tropical fruit notes of passionfruit and mango; secondary aromas of grapefruit, sweet orange, and a touch of resinous pine; very low bready malt; clean fermentation with subtle fruity esters.
Taste. High fruity hop flavors mirroring the aroma; immediate waves of tropical peach, citrus peel, and pineapple; low bready malt sweetness; low to moderate bitterness that is smooth and never harsh; off-dry, juicy finish with a lingering tropical aftertaste.
Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, velvety texture; moderate carbonation; light alcohol warmth; no astringency; smooth and pillowy.
