Appearance. Deep, brilliant ruby to dark purple in color; still with no carbonation or head formation. Exceptional clarity with noticeable legs or tearing on the glass due to high alcohol content.
Aroma. High intensity aroma of fresh raspberry and jammy blackberry, complemented by the sharp, tart edge of whole cherries. The honey character is distinct, offering floral and wildflower notes characteristic of Skagit Valley blooms. Alcohol is prominent but well-integrated, lacking any solvent or fusel notes.
Taste. Initial impression is bone-dry to dry, featuring an explosion of dark berry flavors. Tart cherry provides a bright acidity that cuts through the viscosity.
