Altus CRYO is a sensory-rich Hazy IPA that showcases the synergy of advanced hop products and traditional brewing. Fermented with London V yeast to enhance its fruity ester profile, this beer utilizes Sabro Incognito alongside Citra, Cashmere, and Sabro Lupomax cryo hops. The result is an intense aroma of coconut cream, tropical pineapple, and zesty lime. On the palate, the Sabro varieties provide a unique creamy fruitiness, while Citra and Cashmere contribute layers of tangerine and ripe melon. Its soft, pillowy mouthfeel and restrained bitterness create a juicy, approachable experience that highlights the concentrated, lupulin-rich depth of its modern hop bill.

Appearance. Pours a deep straw to pale gold with a persistent, dense, white meringue-like head. The beer exhibits a characteristic opaque haze that provides a luminous shine, without visible particulates or yeast clumps.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma dominated by tropical pineapple, sweet tangerine, and a signature creamy coconut note from the Sabro. Subtle herbal lime and ripe melon notes from Cashmere provide complexity. The malt profile is clean and lightly bready, serving only as a neutral canvas for the intense hop and fruity yeast esters.

Taste. Initial impression is a burst of juicy tropical fruit and citrus zest. Distinctive coconut and cedar-like notes from the Sabro Lupomax blend with soft peach and melon flavors. Low perceived bitterness ensures a smooth transition to a lush, fruity finish. The malt provides a soft, grainy support without any caramel or toast. The aftertaste is clean and lingers with notes of lime and cream.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a remarkably soft, velvety mouthfeel. Carbonation is moderate, enhancing the juicy texture without being prickly. No harshness or astringency is present, with just a faint, well-integrated alcohol warmth on the finish.
