This German Pils presents a refined, clean profile that balances traditional European elegance with a refreshing, modern softness. A base of high-quality Pilsner malt provides delicate layers of toasted cracker and light doughy sweetness, which are immediately met by a moderately-high hop presence. Expect a bouquet of mild grassy freshness and subtle herbal spice. The palate is characterized by its crisp, dry delivery, where a firm but integrated bitterness cuts through the initial grainy malt sweetness. It finishes exceptionally clean with a lingering touch of floral hop character and a flinty, minerally snap that invites the next sip.
Appearance. Brilliant, pale gold color with exceptional clarity. Topped by a dense, creamy, long-lasting white head that leaves delicate lacing on the glass.
Aroma. Moderate to moderately-high herbal and grassy hop intensity. The malt profile is clean and low, offering scents of light honey, grainy sweetness, and fresh-baked crackers. Neutral fermentation with no esters or phenols.
