La Brasserie De Struise nació en 2001 en la localidad de Oostvleteren como un proyecto nómada y tuvo un ascenso meteórico consiguiendo una gran reputación fuera de las fronteras belgas. En el 2008 el prestigioso portal Ratebeer la consideró una de las cervecerías más interesantes del mundo. En la actualidad disponen de su propia fábrica levantada en una antigua escuela y donde miles de amantes cerveceros venidos de todos los confines del planeta acuden cada año cual meca se tratara. Además de esta Tsjeeses entre sus grandes cervezas se encuentran nombres como el de la Pannepot, la Black Albert o la Cuvée Delphine.
Cerveza con clase y estilo
Vista: color marrón oscuro, con una espuma fina, color marfil y ligeramente persistente.
Olfato: en aromas a malta, afrutada, café, levadura, alcohol, especiada y caramelo.
Gusto: en boca presenta un dulce a caramelo, levadura y azúcar moreno. Muy alcohólica.
Sensación: cerveza de cuerpo pleno, contundente y robusta, con una textura muy sedosa en boca y una sensación de calor que perdura de principio a fin.

A typical Belgian Quadrupel with an alcohol content of 10%.
The recognizable flavors of roasted and roasted malts in combination with a slightly sweet start.
A slightly fruity taste, something of dark (forest) fruits, is also recognizable.
