This Belgian Saison presents a vibrant interplay between rustic yeast character and a pronounced hop presence characteristic of the brewery. Taste. Initial impression is crisp and dry. Malt flavor is low, suggesting soft grainy pilsner malt. Strong yeast character follows with spicy pepper and light citrus.
