The aroma is highly intense, characterized by vibrant notes of pineapple, peach, and mango, further heightened by the fruity ester profile of Kveik yeast. Appearance. Juicy yellow-orange color (7-9 SRM). Opaque and cloudy with a thick, persistent white foam head and significant lacing.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent pineapple, mango, and peach. Supportive neutral-to-grainy malt notes from wheat and oats. Lightly fruity fermentation esters from Kveik yeast with no detectable solventy alcohol.
Taste. Initial impression is a burst of tropical stone fruit. Strong hop flavors of mango and peach dominate, supported by a soft, bready malt character. Bitterness is moderate and smooth, balanced against a medium-dry, lingering fruity finish. Low alcohol flavor remains clean and well-integrated.
