Mudskipper V12 is a vibrant Hazy IPA that exemplifies the interplay between modern hopping and expressive fermentation. The use of London Ale yeast provides a pillowy foundation for the intense biotransformation of Cryo Pop and Simcoe hops. Expect a multi-layered explosion of tropical stone fruit and bright citrus notes, delivered with a characteristically soft, juicy texture. Appearance. Color is a straw-gold (4 SRM). Deeply hazy, nearly opaque with a healthy luminous shine; no visible particulates. Topped with a dense, rocky, meringue-like white head showing high retention and thick lacing.

Aroma. High intensity. Dominated by a concentrated punch of tropical fruit, peach, and mango from the Cryo Pop blend, supported by resinous grapefruit and citrus notes from Simcoe.
