This award-winning Belgian Tripel offers a complex, grand cru profile that balances monastic strength with delicate botanical layers. The sensory experience is lead by an aromatic bouquet of spicy coriander and floral chamomile flowers, brightened by the citrus zest of oranges. Handpicked Baarn hops provide a unique local character, contributing herbal and spicy nuances that meld seamlessly with peppery yeast phenols. Despite its 8% strength, the beer remains soft and warming on the palate, featuring a rounded malt backbone derived from a blend of grains. It concludes with a remarkably dry, effervescent finish that highlights a sophisticated interplay between fruity esters and firm bitterness.

Appearance. Deep yellow to gold (6 SRM) with brilliant clarity. Features a tall, long-lasting, creamy white head that leaves persistent rocky lacing on the glass.

Aroma. High intensity with a seamless bouquet of peppery phenols, spicy coriander, and floral chamomile flowers. Distinctive citrus notes of orange zest complement a light, honey-like malt sweetness and subtle, herbal hop notes from the Baarn hops.
