With an abundance of Yarlington Mill apples in our orchards, we couldn’t wait to make our Yarlington Mill cider again! This blend has been one of our most popular over the past 3 years, in our eyes, and our customers!
Using a bitter-sweet variety that is famous in the apple growing regions of Somerset & Devonshire – this cider has soft, pleasant tannins, slight bitterness and a medium-dry finish. The stunning golden hues of this cider come from the skin colour of the apple, and really beckons to be poured into a champagne glass and enjoyed as an aperitivo before dinner. – Producer’s Notes
