This hazy, pale straw ale opens with an aromatic burst of zesty Curaçao orange peel and perfumy, lemony coriander, supported by a delicate, bready malt backbone featuring subtle hints of honey. The palate is defined by its crisp, grainy wheat character and a light, creamy texture. While the bitterness remains low, the high carbonation and dry finish ensure a snappy, clean exit.
