Dark Revolution Super Cool
Super Cool is a vibrant Hazy IPA that showcases a modern, saturated hop profile. On the hot side, Krush and Citra establish a lush foundation of tropical mango and guava, while a heavy cold-side treatment of Riwaka and the unique Kohia Nelson blend—featuring Nelson Sauvin and New Zealand passionfruit—amplifies the aromatic intensity. The result is a punchy sensory experience bursting with pink grapefruit and gummy candy sweetness. A soft, neutral malt base supports the hop-driven fruitiness without adding toast, ensuring the focus remains entirely on the juicy character. Smooth and pillowy, it delivers a profound tropical impact with restrained bitterness and a lush finish.
Appearance. Straw to gold (3-6 SRM). Opaque with a hazy, luminous shine. Large, rocky white head with excellent retention and meringue-like lacing.
Aroma. High intensity. Explosive passionfruit and guava from the Kohia Nelson and Riwaka hops. Citra provides bright notes of pink grapefruit and mango. Low, neutral bready malt background; clean fermentation with no diacetyl.
Taste. High to very high hop flavor featuring mango, passionfruit, and guava. Mid-palate reveals gummy candy and citrus peel flavors. Low to medium-low perceived bitterness, well-integrated into a soft, bready malt spine. Clean fermentation with a slightly sweet, fruity finish that lacks any hop harshness or astringency.
Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, pillowy texture. Moderate carbonation. Smooth and creamy without being viscous; light, well-integrated alcohol warmth.
