Fresh Craft Beer from Our Bottle Shop and Taproom:
Double Dry-Hopped Pale focused on achieving maximum hop saturation and a soft mouthfeel. Hot side it's a healthy dose of Nelson hops, establishing a base layer of white grape and subtle gooseberry character. For the dry-hop, we use a generous charge of both Nelson and Manilita, a promising new New Zealand aroma variety. This combination is designed to deliver a complex and integrated flavour profile. Expect notes of lime zest, tropical pineapple, and a clean, dank hop character, supported by a creamy, hazy body and minimal bitterness.
