Dark Revolution

This Hazy IPA presents a vibrant sensory profile defined by its 'juicy' hop saturation and exceptionally smooth delivery. Idaho 7 drives a complex core of tropical and stone fruit, accented by an intriguing layer of sticky pine and earthy black tea. The cold-side addition of Citra and Superdelic amplifies the intensity, bursting with bright citrus and sweet berry notes. Poured with a luminous, opaque glow, the beer balances a soft, bready malt foundation against restrained bitterness. The result is a lush, fruit-forward experience that finishes with a clean, lingering sweetness and a plush, velvety texture typical of the style.

Appearance. Straw to deep gold with a luminous, opaque haze that creates a distinct 'shine.' Features a medium-high, rocky, meringue-like white head with excellent retention and thick, decorative lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma dominated by mango, passionfruit, and ripe peach. Layers of sweet red berry and grapefruit zest are supported by a faint resinous pine and earthy tea. The malt is low and clean, offering a lightly bready, grainy character without any caramel or toast.
