This American IPA builds upon the brewery’s flagship base, delivering a bold sensory experience where a classic resinous backbone meets a vibrant tropical infusion. The aroma is dominated by ripe mango and citrus notes, complemented by the signature piney and floral characteristics of Centennial and Cascade hops. A pale malt foundation provides a clean, slightly toasty support for the firm bitterness. On the palate, the juicy mango twang integrates seamlessly with grapefruit zest and a lingering resinous finish. It remains crisp and refreshing despite its strength, offering a modern, fruit-forward twist on a traditionally bitter profile.

Appearance. Pours a deep gold to light amber (approx. 9 SRM) with a slight haze. A thick, off-white head shows excellent persistence, leaving sticky lacing on the glass.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent mango and tropical fruit, layered over citrusy grapefruit and floral pine. Low, clean, grainy maltiness with a hint of caramel provides a subtle background. Clean fermentation profile with no significant esters.

Taste. Initial impression is bright mango and citrus zest. The mid-palate reveals medium-low toasted malt and light caramel flavors, which are quickly overtaken by a firm hop bitterness. Flavors of resin and pine persist into a medium-dry, hoppy finish with a clean aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium body with a smooth, slightly oily hop texture. Carbonation is medium-high, providing a crisp, refreshing bite. A very light, well-integrated alcohol warmth is present in the finish without any harshness.
