This modern American Pale Ale showcases a vibrant New World hop profile, blending tropical intensity with refreshing drinkability. Riwaka provides a sharp foundation of pink grapefruit and passionfruit, while Nectaron layers in lush notes of sun-ripened peach and pineapple. The addition of Superdelic introduces a unique candy-like red fruit character and sweet citrus that rounds out the aromatic complexity. Supported by a clean, subtle malt backbone, the palate is bright and balanced, offering a firm but approachable bitterness. The finish is crisp and dry, making it an expertly crafted showcase of contemporary hop varieties and collaborative brewing.

Appearance. Pale golden (approximately 6 SRM) with a moderately large, frothy white head. Displays good retention and light lacing; clarity is clear to very slightly hazy.

Aroma. High intensity hop-forward aroma featuring prominent tropical fruit, specifically pineapple and passionfruit, alongside stone fruit like nectarine and a zesty grapefruit edge. Low, neutral grainy malt character provides a background for the hop-driven berry and candy notes. Clean fermentation profile with no significant esters.

Taste. Initial impression is hop-centric, led by peach, red berries, and citrus zest. A moderate to high bitterness provides structure without being harsh.
