This collaborative Double IPA delivers an explosive sensory experience driven by a massive blend of Mosaic, Citra, and Luminosa hops, further amplified by the concentrated punch of Riwaka Hop Kief and Nelson Hop Kief. The profile leads with an intense wave of tropical passionfruit and crushed lime, layered over sophisticated notes of white grape, peach, and resinous pine. A clean, neutral malt backbone provides necessary structure without adding weight, allowing the vibrant hop oils to remain the primary focus. The experience finishes remarkably dry and crisp, with a firm bitterness and a smooth, integrated warmth that underscores its strength while maintaining exceptional drinkability.

Appearance. Deep gold to pale orange (7-9 SRM). Pours with a moderate, persistent off-white head that leaves sticky lacing. Modern clarity with a very slight, hop-derived haze.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring tropical mango from Mosaic, bright grapefruit from Citra, and ripe peach from Luminosa. Complex notes of gooseberry and white wine from Nelson Hop Kief, combined with crushed citrus from Riwaka Hop Kief, emerge with warmth. Malt is low and neutral, providing a faint crackery backdrop.

Taste. Initial punch of tropical fruit and resin. Flavors of passionfruit, white wine, and lemon zest dominate the palate. Hop bitterness is high but smooth, avoiding harshness. Malt is supportive and soft, leading to a very dry, clean finish with a long, lingering bitterness and hop-saturated aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium body with a smooth, velvety texture. Carbonation is moderate-high. A pleasant, warming alcohol presence is noticeable but well-integrated, with no hop-derived astringency.
