El Dorado drives punchy notes of ripe pineapple and candy-like stone fruit, while Citra contributes layers of zesty grapefruit and bright lime. Simcoe grounds the experience with an underlying hint of passionfruit and a touch of resinous complexity. This Hazy IPA balances a soft, pillowy malt backbone of bready sweetness with a restrained bitterness, ensuring the lupulin intensity remains the star. Its smooth, rounded texture and hazy glow invite a sensory exploration of modern American hop character, finishing with a lingering tropical sweetness that is both lush and refreshing.
Appearance. Pours a glowing, hazy straw to pale gold with a soft orange hue. Crowned by a dense, rocky, meringue-like white head that exhibits excellent retention and leaves intricate lacing.
Aroma. High intensity of tropical and citrus hop aromas, featuring prominent notes of pineapple, candied peach, and zesty grapefruit. A clean, lightly bready malt presence provides a neutral background. Subtle fruity esters complement the hop-derived notes of passionfruit and mango without any distracting vegetal or buttery qualities.
Taste. Explosive hop flavors of ripe tropical fruit and stone fruit dominate the palate, specifically pineapple and peach. A soft, grainy malt sweetness supports the fruit-forward character.
