The sensory profile is driven by a vibrant interplay of Riwaka, Simcoe, and Nelson Sauvin hops, delivering an intense bouquet of passionfruit, white wine grape, and crushed gooseberry. On the palate, the hop-forward character shines with layers of tropical fruit and bright citrus, supported by a subtle, bready malt backbone. Despite the massive hop saturation, the bitterness remains soft and integrated, leading to an off-dry, juicy finish. It is a refined expression of modern hopping techniques, emphasizing depth and fruit complexity over sharp resinous bite.
Appearance. Color is light straw with a deep, opaque haze that creates a characteristic shine; topped with a thick, rocky, meringue-like white head featuring high retention.
