Dark Element Brew Co

Elemental is a vibrant Hazy IPA that captures an intense bouquet of stone fruit and bright citrus. The addition of Peacharine hops leads the charge, offering lush notes of ripe peach and nectarine that meld seamlessly with the signature tropical punch and zesty lime provided by Citra. A soft, grainy malt backbone provides a bready foundation without distracting from the hop-forward profile. This beer pours with a characteristic opaque glow and a stable, rocky head. On the palate, the bitterness remains restrained, allowing a juicy, smooth mouthfeel to carry the fruity esters through a clean, off-dry finish.

Appearance. 4 SRM. Hazy, opaque gold with a luminous sheen. Pours with a thick, rocky, meringue-like white head showing excellent retention and lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma dominated by stone fruit and citrus. Prominent notes of peach and nectarine pair with grapefruit and tropical mango. Background notes of bready malt and a clean, lightly fruity fermentation profile; no DMS or diacetyl.

Taste. Massive fruity hop flavors of ripe peach and tropical citrus. Low, bready malt sweetness supports the hops. Bitterness is medium-low and smooth, never harsh. The finish is soft and off-dry, with lingering tropical fruit notes and a clean fermentation character.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a remarkably smooth, soft texture. Moderate carbonation. Subtle alcohol warmth is present but well-integrated. No astringency or raw starch harshness.
