Divergence is a complex Wild Specialty Beer that masterfully balances tropical intensity with a creamy, dessert-like structure. Ripe, tangy pineapple and succulent mango aromas dominate the initial impression, supported by a rich undercurrent of vanilla and toasted coconut. On the palate, a bright acidity from the wild fermentation cuts through the lush textures of banana and coconut cream, preventing the profile from becoming overly heavy. The 6% ABV provides a subtle structural backbone without heat, allowing the vibrant fruit esters and smooth vanilla finish to linger. This collaboration highlights a sophisticated interplay between wild funk and a lush, smoothie-inspired ingredient profile.

Appearance. SRM 4-6; deep gold to pale orange with a persistent heavy haze. The head is white with moderate to low retention, common for beers with coconut oils.

Aroma. High intensity aromatics of fresh pineapple and mango. Prominent vanilla sweetness and a rich, nutty coconut character are layered over subtle banana esters and a light, funky lactic tartness.

Taste. Initial impression is a sharp, acidic snap of pineapple and citrus-like tartness. The mid-palate is rounded by sweet vanilla, creamy coconut, and ripe banana flavors. Hop bitterness is virtually absent, allowing the fruit acidity to provide balance. The finish is long and creamy with a lingering tropical sweetness.

Mouthfeel. Medium body with a notable creaminess and silkiness from the coconut and vanilla additions. Carbonation is moderate, providing a light prickle that enhances the fruit acidity. Minimal alcohol warmth.
