Cosmic is a vibrant Hazy IPA that exemplifies the "juicy" profile through a heavy-handed dry-hopping of Mosaic, Idaho 7, and Galaxy. The experience begins with an explosion of tropical intensity, where Mosaic contributes signature notes of blueberry and overripe stone fruit, while Idaho 7 adds layers of zesty tangerine and pine. Galaxy rounds out the profile with a punch of passionfruit and peach. This hop-forward character is supported by a soft, bready malt base that provides a plush foundation without any distracting caramel. The finish is remarkably smooth, with a restrained bitterness that allows the saturated fruit flavors to linger elegantly.

Appearance. Pours a glowing, opaque deep straw to light gold (approx. 4-6 SRM) with a distinct hazy shine. It supports a thick, rocky, meringue-like white head with exceptional retention and intricate lacing as the glass empties.

Aroma. High intensity aroma dominated by a tropical fruit medley. Pronounced notes of mango, passionfruit, and crushed pineapple are complemented by hints of citrus zest and a subtle dank, piney undertone. A clean, lightly bready and grainy malt presence sits quietly in the background, accompanied by faint fruity fermentation esters.

Taste. The palate is led by a wave of ripe tropical and stone fruit flavors—specifically peach, apricot, and berry. The bitterness is moderate to low, providing just enough structure to balance the soft, bready malt without becoming sharp. The balance is decidedly hop-forward and juicy, finishing off-dry with a clean, fruity aftertaste that lacks any harsh astringency or hop burn.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a remarkably soft and smooth texture. Carbonation is moderate, providing a gentle lift. There is no perceived alcohol warmth at 6% ABV, nor is there any grain-derived astringency, resulting in high drinkability.
