Bubbles is a vibrant Hazy IPA that exemplifies the juicy archetype through a masterful blend of Mosaic, Citra, and Simcoe hops. This 6% ale opens with an explosive aromatic profile of ripe mango, passionfruit, and zesty citrus, accented by a whimsical bubblegum ester. The palate is defined by a soft, pillowy texture and a restrained bitterness that allows the tropical fruit flavors to dominate. A light, bready malt base provides just enough structure without distracting from the hop-forward focus. With its characteristic opaque glow and smooth, fruit-laden finish, it offers a refined yet playful sensory experience.

Appearance. Pours a glowing straw to pale gold with a persistent, dense white meringue-like head. High opacity creates a characteristic shine without being murky, showing a vibrant haze from heavy dry-hopping.

Aroma. High intensity aroma dominated by a tropical bouquet. Pronounced notes of mango and passionfruit from Mosaic and Simcoe mix with Citra's bright grapefruit zest. A distinctive bubblegum ester provides a sweet lift, supported by a low, bready malt backbone and a hint of resinous pine.

Taste. Immediate impact of tropical juice—pineapple, guava, and citrus—leads into a soft, mid-palate bubblegum sweetness. Mosaic provides a touch of blueberry and stone fruit. Bitterness is restrained and smooth, never harsh. The malt is lightly grainy, allowing the Simcoe and Citra to shine. Finishes with a lingering fruit-skin dryness and clean fermentation character.

Mouthfeel. Medium-bodied with a soft, pillowy texture that avoids being heavy or viscous. Carbonation is moderate, enhancing the fruity aromatics without adding bite. There is no astringency, and the alcohol provides a very subtle, clean warmth.
