This celebratory Hazy IPA showcases a vibrant, saturated hop profile driven by Citra, Mosaic, and Idaho 7. It pours a dense, opaque straw-gold with a meringue-like head. The nose is an explosion of tropical mango and zesty grapefruit, transitioning into a palate brimming with pineapple and stone fruit notes bolstered by Cryo Idaho 7. A soft, pillowy mouthfeel provides a luxurious foundation for the juicy flavors, while the malt contributes a delicate bready sweetness. It finishes with a restrained, smooth bitterness that invites another sip, perfectly balancing the intense fruit-forward character and moderate alcohol presence.

Appearance. Color ranges from straw to deep orange (3–7 SRM) with a thick, persistent white rocky head. The liquid is opaque with a luminous haze, free of particulates or large clumps.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring notes of mango, passionfruit, and citrus zest. Background malt is low, offering a clean, grainy, and lightly bready scent with no caramel or toast influence. Neutral fermentation esters.

Taste. Massive fruity hop flavors of tropical fruit and bright citrus dominate the initial impression. Low grainy-bready malt flavor supports the hops. Bitterness is moderate but perceived as soft due to the full body. The finish is off-dry and smooth with a lingering, juicy aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, smooth, and pillowy texture. Carbonation is moderate. No astringency or harshness is present; a very light, well-integrated alcohol warmth is noticeable.
