This traditional Weissbier opens with a vibrant, yeast-driven profile of ripe banana and aromatic clove. The influence of the caramel malt adds a subtle honeyed depth to the bready foundation provided by the high wheat malt content. On the palate, expect a soft, creamy texture that balances fruity esters with spicy phenols, finishing with a crisp, spritzy effervescence. Appearance. Straw to deep gold (2–6 SRM). Opaque to hazy with a natural turbidity from protein and yeast. Features a massive, moussy, long-lasting white head with excellent lacing.

Aroma. Moderate to high intensity. Prominent fruity esters of ripe banana and spicy phenols resembling clove. Soft bready, doughy wheat malt notes with a faint hint of sweetness from the caramel malt. Hop aroma is very low to absent.
