Hood Ornament is a vibrant Hazy IPA that showcases a sophisticated Southern Hemisphere and Pacific Northwest hop profile. The inclusion of Nelson Sauvin introduces elegant layers of crushed white grape and gooseberry, while Mosaic provides a lush base of tropical mango and signature blueberry notes. Riwaka elevates the sensory experience with punchy pink grapefruit and a delicate passionfruit finish. The beer pours with a dense, opaque haze and a creamy white head. On the palate, a soft, pillowy mouthfeel supports the intense fruit expression, balanced by a restrained bitterness and a faint, bready malt backbone. It concludes with a clean, juicy finish that highlights the complex biotransformation of these premium hop varieties.
Appearance. Color is a deep straw with an orange-gold hue; opaque and hazy with a luminous shine. Supports a medium, rocky, meringue-like white head with excellent retention and thick lacing.
