Green Submarine is a vibrant Hazy IPA that showcases a sophisticated hop blend. Citra provides a foundation of bright grapefruit and tropical mango, while Nectaron introduces intense layers of ripe peach and pineapple. Motueka adds a distinctive top note of fresh lime zest and lemon. The aroma is highly punchy, leading into a flavor profile dominated by stone fruit and citrus juice. A soft, bready malt presence supports the hop intensity without adding sweetness. It finishes with a smooth, restrained bitterness and a plush, pillowy texture that exemplifies the style's juicy character and drinkability.

Appearance. Straw to light amber (4-6 SRM) with a deep, opaque haze that gives the beer a luminous shine. It features a thick, rocky, meringue-like white head with very high retention.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma dominated by pineapple, peach, and passion fruit. Supporting notes of grapefruit, mango, and a distinct lime zest. The malt is clean, neutral, and lightly bready in the background with no caramel or toast character.

Taste. Very high fruity hop flavor featuring tropical citrus and stone fruit. Low, grainy malt flavor provides a neutral foundation. Perceived bitterness is moderate but masked by the body, finishing smooth and off-dry without any harshness or sharp edges.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, pillowy mouthfeel. Carbonation is moderate and the texture is smooth. A light, well-integrated alcohol warmth is present, but there is no astringency or raw starchiness.
