Dangerous Ales

This golden American IPA celebrates the classic West Coast archetype, delivering a focused sensory experience driven by the pungent character of Comet hops. The pour reveals a brilliant clarity and an assertive aromatic profile defined by vibrant bursts of zesty orange and tropical guava, anchored by a deep, resinous pine foundation. On the palate, the interplay between bright citrus and sticky spruce is supported by a lean, grainy malt presence that ensures the hop complexity remains the focal point. A firm, well-rounded bitterness provides a clean, refreshing snap, leading to a bone-dry, crispy finish that perfectly defines the style's refreshing intent.

Appearance. Medium gold (7 SRM); medium-sized, persistent white head with light lacing; brilliant clarity.
