Dangerous Ales

This vibrant American IPA delivers a contemporary West Coast sensory experience defined by its assertive aromatic intensity. The infusion of Pineapple Express terpenes creates a distinctively pungent profile, where deep, resinous marijuana notes intermingle with sharp, ripe pineapple and layers of tropical fruit. Built upon a clean, understated pale malt base, the palate is dominated by hop-forward flavors that lean heavily into the dank and fruity spectrum. A crisp, dry finish highlights the beer's aggressive bitterness, characteristic of the style, while ensuring the complex botanical extracts remain the focal point from the first sniff to the lingering, resinous aftertaste.

Appearance. Ranging from medium gold to a light reddish-amber (6–12 SRM). The beer presents with brilliant clarity and is topped by a persistent, medium-sized white head that leaves significant lacing on the glass.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent dank, marijuana-like notes and pungent pineapple. Supporting layers of tropical fruit and light resin are present, backed by a very low, clean, grainy malt character and a neutral fermentation profile.

Taste. The initial impression is high hop bitterness and flavor, echoing the aroma's pineapple, tropical fruit, and resinous dankness. Malt flavor is low and neutral, providing a clean canvas for the hops. The balance is decidedly hop-forward, leading to a crisp, dry finish with a lingering, clean, bitter aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with a smooth texture. Carbonation is medium-high, providing a crisp bite. A very light, smooth alcohol warmth is present but well-integrated, with no perceived astringency or harshness.
