Dangerous Ales

This elevated Hazy IPA delivers an intense sensory experience, scaling up the brewery's signature profile with a bold 8% ABV presence. Dominant aromas of ripe mango and pineapple are driven by a generous combination of Citra and Cascade hops, which also impart bright notes of citrus peel. The palate is characterized by a thick, juicy body that remains remarkably smooth, hiding its strength behind waves of tropical fruit. The finish is bright and clean, lacking any hop harshness, while the classic hazy softness provides a luxurious, cushioned mouthfeel that defines this massive, fruit-forward session.

Appearance. Pours a hazy, opaque straw to light orange (4-6 SRM) with a thick, rocky, meringue-like white head that demonstrates excellent retention and lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop-forward bouquet featuring distinct notes of juicy mango, ripe pineapple, and fresh citrus peel. Background malt presents as neutral, lightly bready, and grainy. A very subtle, clean alcohol note is present but well-integrated.

Taste. Immediate impact of tropical fruit flavors, primarily pineapple and mango, supported by a zesty citrus hop character. Malt flavor is low to moderate with a soft, bready quality. Bitterness is low-moderate and exceptionally smooth, never becoming sharp. The finish is off-dry and bright with lingering tropical notes.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, silky texture and moderate carbonation. Alcohol provides a pleasant, gentle warmth without any harshness or solvent qualities. Overall smooth and creamy without being viscous or astringent.
