This American IPA is a vibrant expression of modern hopping, utilizing a potent combination of Citra and Mosaic in both pellet and Lupulin powder forms to create a layered sensory experience. An immediate rush of bright orange and tropical kiwi leads the charge, supported by nuanced notes of ripe pear. While it maintains the structural bitterness expected of the style, the finish introduces a distinctive resinous, dank quality that grounds the fruit-forward profile. The texture is notably soft and pillowy, providing a full-bodied canvas for the hops to dance across while remaining remarkably smooth and approachable at a balanced strength.

Appearance. Medium gold (6 SRM) with a slight haze. Topped by a medium-sized, persistent white head that leaves consistent lacing on the glass.

Aroma. High intensity hop-forward aroma featuring prominent notes of sweet orange and tropical kiwi, accented by ripe pear and a pungent, resinous dankness. A low, clean, grainy-sweet malt backbone provides support without competing. Fermentation is clean with only very subtle fruity esters.

Taste. Bold hop flavors of citrus zest and tropical fruit mirror the aroma, with kiwi and orange being most prominent. The mid-palate reveals a soft pear sweetness and a hint of grainy malt. Bitterness is medium-high and firm, leading into a resinous, dank finish. The aftertaste is lingeringly hoppy and clean, with a balanced dryish finish.
