Dancing Gnome Citra Jam is a vibrant American IPA that showcases the intensive impact of Citra hops and a unique rye malt addition. The sensory experience is led by a high-intensity aroma of grapefruit, lime zest, and tropical mango. On the palate, the Citra delivers layers of bright citrus and stone fruit, while the rye provides a distinctive peppery crispness and a lean, slightly spicy malt backbone. A firm bitterness balances the moderate 6.8% ABV, leading to a crisp, dry, and resinous finish. This hop-forward ale maintains a clean fermentation profile, allowing the complex interaction between the citrusy hops and spicy grain to remain center stage.

Appearance. Medium gold to light reddish-amber (approx. 8 SRM). Slight haze with a medium-sized, persistent white head and good lacing.
