This gluten-removed International Lager delivers a sensory experience indistinguishable from traditional barley-based brews. It presents a refined profile defined by clean barley malt, offering nuances of fresh white bread and toasted grain. The use of traditional Mediterranean lager techniques results in a crisp, refreshing character enhanced by a lively, bright acidity. A firm hop presence provides a balanced, long-lasting bitterness that cuts through the malt. With its smooth texture and fine, effervescent bubbles, the palate remains clean and energized, finishing with a dry, lingering snap that emphasizes its high drinkability and classic European lager roots.

Appearance. Pale gold (4-6 SRM). Brilliant clarity. White, medium-sized head with moderate retention and fine lacing.

Aroma. Low to moderate malt intensity, featuring clean notes of white bread and toasted grain. Very low floral and spicy hop character. Clean fermentation profile with no esters or diacetyl.

Taste. Initial impression is crisp malt sweetness with flavors of cracker and fresh grain. Moderate hop bitterness that lingers into the aftertaste, balancing the malt. A brisk, lively acidity provides a fresh edge. Finishes dry and clean with a subtle herbal hop note.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body. High carbonation with fine, prickly bubbles. Very smooth texture with no astringency and a subtle, refreshing crispness.
