Dama Alaricana Extraperla

Stout 5.2 º 35 IBU
Dama Alaricana Extraperla presents as a deep, immersive Coffee Stout, pouring a dense jet black under a persistent tan foam. The sensory experience is dominated by the bold, awakening aroma of freshly roasted coffee beans, seamlessly integrated with a foundation of dark chocolate and toasted grain. On the palate, the intense espresso-like character meets a moderate bitterness, reflecting its American Stout roots while remaining balanced and smooth. Notes of bittersweet cocoa and a hint of resinous hops provide complexity, leading to a clean, dry finish. It is a well-crafted marriage of roasted malt depth and a potent, caffeine-driven sensory profile.
Appearance. Jet black (SRM 40) and completely opaque. Features a large, creamy, light brown head with excellent retention and thick lacing.
Aroma. High intensity aroma of freshly ground coffee and espresso. Supporting notes of dark chocolate, burnt toast, and a very low resiny hop character. Clean fermentation with minimal esters.
Taste. Initial impression of rich coffee. Mid-palate reveals bittersweet chocolate and roasted malt flavors. Bitterness is moderate, balancing the light malt sweetness without being aggressive. The finish is medium-dry with a lingering coffee and charred grain aftertaste.
